happy day today!
sardine and I went to fep saveur to have our french cuisine and I must really compliment that their pasta appetizer and duck confit are really really nice!
esp the pasta which is cooked in aglio olio style but with less garlicky taste which I really adore! cause I cannot really stand too much garlic taste! and not to mention the famous duck confit which comes with whipped potato served just underneath the duck thigh is absolutely filling and smooth!
what more can I say about the duck confit? the duck meat is so tender you dont even need the knife to slice it! it just comes off with the use of a fork!
